A Restful, Full, Rich and Special Day, Celebrated With Friends............ 5/28/14

Where we celebrated tonight. 

        A day off from work.  Google surprised me.  A letter from a loved one, making my day.  Calls from family and friends.  An evening in The City (San Fran-cisco).  Heard favorite tunes played on the piano in the Laurel
Court Restaurant at the Fairmont Hotel. I requested them.  As the evening progressed, I was bathed in love by dear friends.

        Throughout the day, I was accepted, appreciated, loved, embraced by my private community, nurtured and respected today.  I was warmed by the caring thoughts of others.  Today was a tremendous antidote to the chill endured while living in urban society.  Today was filled with laughter, fun and joy.

         I am the richest man on earth.  Abundance is not in how much I have, but in how much I enjoy.  I am grateful for everything.  I overflow with abundance.

         It was soothing, resting, earlier today neither my wits nor my equanimity were not taxed.  And then, Google surprised me with the following, when I did a search:

         Clicking on the image, it had info about me. Weird.  Big Brother, maybe? Yes, this midnight post concludes my birthday.  Thank you for making my day complete with your visit.

         What I experienced today balances the demanding nature of my life.  It makes my efforts in service of others worthwhile.  Enjoying ease, wealth of affection and appreciation celebrated life: that of this innkeeper.  All is well in the world, at least in the little corner in which I live.
