Do You Know What It Means If You Are Too Busy? Also, The Value of Boundaries Revisited. .........1/31/13

You may feel that the world is too messed up, that too
many wrong choices have been made, that it doesn't
matter much what you do, that it's hopeless. But that's
not true. Just as every problem can be traced to a
wrong decision, every solution begins with a wise and
loving decision to do the right thing, the loving and un-
selfish thing.

A little bit of love can make a lot of difference. One
act of kindness or unselfishness can start a whole
chain reaction of events that will, in the long run,
make life a lot better for a lot of people. So don't des
-pair because there is so much suffering and grief
and wrong in the world. Instead, do what you can
to make things right and encourage others to do the
same. The world won't change in a day, but we can
make a difference if we try. (Photographer's lovely

      Good evening everyone,

How did your day go? I'm tired. I'm bumping up the following post. It's easy to lose track of our own lives.

I know.  I counsel many who live on the ragged edge of life.  Their days are chaotic----swinging from one activity to another, with no clear sense of priorities.

Such is the case, when living without

When the last drop of rain has fallen, and the final note has drifted away,
When the Earth ceases to turn and the last fire is burned,
When the wind stops its ceaseless blowing and the last wave has come into shore,
When the sun’s called it a day and the stars have all floated away,
When time is no longer ticking and the hour glass runs out of sand;
His love remains, like an endless flame burning, God's love remains!

      Hello everyone,

You guys are missed by the innkeeper.  How you be?  My computer is still down.  It might have to be euthanized.  I figure you'd rather have me post, than reply to comments.

The Innkeeper Rested After Breaking His Computer

     Good evening everyone,

I went and did it.  My computer, I killed it.  It no longer works, as of last night. Wow.
And, I have 14 minutes to write this. I'm at the library. They are about to close, so, I'm a bit limited tonight, in my writing.

(I dropped my laptop and it no longer powers up.)

A change in my schedule allowed me to stay home and rest.  My Higher Power knows me better than myself.  I ended up sleeping throughout the afternoon, unintentionally.

Thank you for dropping by. You can keep this place open with your comments. It may be awhile before

Enjoying LIfe, Knowing Fulfillment and An Overview of the Past Year ...........1/1/13

It's great feeling good, elated, even.  Many want that experience.  Unfortunately, depression is the lot for many.  As I've written before, all negative feelings are a result of an unmet need.

Doing what we love and expressing our voice are two ways that allow us to meet our need for meaning, celebration of life and participating in the quest for fulfillment.

I have the good fortune of being in a profession that
