A Night Good for Soul and Spirit 3/19/14

Good evening.  Did you have a terrific Wednesday?  I did.  And I'm tired, in a good way.  I rode my bike eleven miles (17.7 km) before work.  I haven't done that in awhile.

Good for me.  The gorgeous weather seduced me, beckoning me
to cruise the streets of Alameda.  Each mile I cycled, the cool breeze on this warm day, pulled me along, encouraging me to go another mile, then another.  I'll sleep better.  My eyes are so droopy that I am using the clothespins of discipline to keep them open.

Thank you, for dropping by.  Nine hundred and fifty-two guests dropped by today.  Wow. My heart smiles when I see the many who visit this neck of the cyber woods, hailing from India, Germany, the UK, Sweden, France, Norway, Poland, Spain and China----not to mention the largest number of guests, 545, from the U.S.

My Gratitudes:
1.  I love life. I'm enjoying it more for new reasons, now.

I gathered with a group of friends after work.  Nice.
2.  I love the community and companionship shared when we spend the evening together.
3.  I'm grateful for the emotional safety, support and warmth this group provides.
4.  Intimacy occurs at the meeting.  Through bonding, authentically, we get healing.  It is our primary need.

How About You?
What are your three gratitudes for today? Let me hear from you. I like it when you post a comment.  It provides the community we share here.
