Life, Ever Vibrant, If.......................... 10/7/14

I did not plan on writing tonight.  Be-cause of my recent ongoing condition---exhaustion. This eve-ning's commentary will be simple.  I would like hearing your response to yesterday's post,
"Freedom From False Fantasies."  I enjoyed writing it, curious about your reaction.  I have heard from Superman---and replied back, in the comments section.

My Gratitudes for Tuesday:
1. I worked hard and had fun afterwards.  Watching sports, the San Francisco Giants baseball team play in the playoffs.   They defeated the best team in the major leagues, during the regular season, the Washington Nationals.  It is great celebrating life.  I was several others, cheering my team on.

2. An easier day tomorrow.  I need it, sleeping in, in the morning. Balancing my life is critical.  Life is a marathon, not a sprint.
This also includes sleep.
Conserving my energy and proper sleep helps me make it through demanding weeks.
3. Monday I met two new clients, today, one. This is addition to seven others I saw over the past two days. The time together with each went well.  I love serving others.
4. I am enjoying dialog with you who comment, meeting my need for fellowship and connection.
5. New material I am pouring over.  I love that life never grows old, if we invest in our personal growth.

How About You?
How do you make sure you have balance in your life?  Let me hear from you.

It is so good that you are taking care of yourself and your well being! It is a reminder for me to do the same.
