A Tired Innkeeper Making Decisions 8/12/14

Good evening, I return after resting from my  innkeeper duties Sunday and Monday.  Exhausted and mentally not up to my innkeeper tasks is where I find myself.   Mulling over issues, too.

Gratitudes:
1. Making significant decisions I am.  Freedom, autonomy, clarity and assertiveness characterizes any conclusions I make. It is recovery that makes this possible.
2. This morning, I helped  someone dealing with past abuse. There's a tool I have used for more than ten years, that provides healing from
trauma.  It was effective as we delved into horrific bullying this person suffered while in grade school.
3. Tonight, this same tool assisted a client whose home life was less than ideal, where she never received support while growing up.
4.  After seven days of appointments with AT&T in one week, my wifi has been fixed. I was irritated, annoyed, frustrated and angry while it was out of action seven days, out of seven.

With the customer service reps, who were located in the Philippines, I expressed my concerns and disappointment while remaining courteous.  It felt good expressing negative feelings without attacking the person on the line.  I knew it wasn't their fault. It was satisfying adhering to my need for integrity from AT&T, while being kind with the technicians who tried to help and the customer service reps.
