A Grateful Innkeeper

        Hi there,

Did you enjoy your Monday?  I did, mine.  My health is being restored.  My back pain is almost entirely gone. Ya ay!

        Today, I slowed down, I
rested.  Mondays are a day off for me.  Gearing up for the demands of the rest of this week, is how I used this day.

Several of you posted comments over the past week.  I'll get back to your comments.  As you know, I respond to everyone's post.  Every time.

For the backlog I have, I may place some replies within upcoming blog posts.  I love your comments. I enjoy getting to know you.
My Gratitudes for Monday:
1. I'm thankful that I'm finally able to bend my back, without pain.
2. I slept in. I've been on the go and it was nice for my body to catch it's breath.
3. Saturday, I met with a group and shared about gratitude. The response was positive. It was a followup session to the talk I gave a couple of weeks ago.
4. Sunday, I went to the movies with friends. I wished I had a notebook with me. There was a lot of wisdom shared, especially by one character who was writing a journal.
5. I'm happy seeing the growth that's taking place within those I help, through mentoring and counseling.
6. I was able to set aside time to write today. I love doing that.  It's a great feeling, setting aside time, delighting in the process of placing my thoughts on paper.
7. I eagerly look forward to riding my bike tomorrow morning.
8. I am thankful for discipline. I will use it as I make several important business calls.
9. I'm excited about my son graduating from college this Saturday. I'm proud of all the effort he put into making this possible.
10.  I'm thankful for learning and knowing principles that allow me to overcome the challenges of life and the pain from my past.

I do have someone in my life that I need to have a conversation with involving some things that I want to express. But it is not the right time as of yet. I'm thinking that I'll "know" when the time is right, if that makes sense.

Keith,

You have my support. Thanks for your honesty. My guess is that with your positivity and compassion, your conversation will turn out well.
