I have been here every day, since Friday. My visits were unnoticeable. I worked on my previous post, every day since Friday, getting it right.
I enjoy the sculpting involved with
writing. Sometimes, adding to it. Normally, my posts don't consume my time. It worked out that way with that post. And I had lots of fun.
There was a Renaissance artist who did the same thing. One painting he worked on his entire life. For more than thirty years. He took with him when he worked in other countries. He slept with it. He enjoyed the process---constantly tinkering with this work painted on wood. We know it as the "Mona Lisa."
No way am I in Leonardo's league. Heck no. But if he could re-work on a project, and he was as gifted as he was, I figured I could too, since I am hugely less gifted. The joy of working on a project, though, was mine the past five days.
My Gratitudes:
1. I am balancing my life. It allows me to hear God's voice, while in the midst of a busy schedule.
2. I am living by priorities, not letting the urgent to overrule the important. I like the order it provides and the increasing effectiveness of my efforts.
3. I met with friends tonight, the first time in several weeks, as I had been following my local baseball team for several weeks. It won the championship, the World Series, last Wednesday.
4. I am thankful for exercising discipline. A vision without execution is a delusion.
How About You?
What are your three gratitudes for today? I'd love hearing from you.

Dear Thumper,
You are a fortunate person! Few have Balcony People and an excellent husband. What are some ways you have grown in the past two years?
It seems like you hit the jackpot. Many blessings to be thankful for. Thank you for your comments this week. As the innkeeper of this inn and with the powers invested in me as the innkeeper, I award you the Attitude of Gratitude Award for the week! It has been a long time since someone has won this prize. You deserve it.
May the upcoming week have you surrounded with love and fill you with strength of character!
The Innkeeper
Pablo,
Thank you!!!!!!!
Thumper
Dear Thumper,
You are welcome.
I would be an even happier innkeeper if there were more guests to this inn like you. Your gratitudes and comments motivate me to do the work I do as innkeeper.
Wishing you a great first week in December.
Pablo
