Today's topic features po-sters on this subject. The second poster raises an im-portant question: what is our reward for staying in an unac-ceptable situation? We don't do anything unless there is a reward.
I discover in my work that
we frequently yield to twisted rewards. How's that? An example, we isolate because it fulfills a script that may have been given to us a child.

We were told we were unlov-able, no one would want to get to know us. By keeping our distance from others, we validate this per-verse and false tape that plays on a loop cycle within our self-esteem.
The next poster helps us to stand in our power unapologetically. It is okay to disagree. If ourselves and others are exactly the same, in our thinking, one of us would be unnecessary.
Don't be afraid of being different. Be afraid of being the same as everyone else. Being unique means we're brave enough to be ourselves.
It also means we are free from the disease of codependency.
