Staying Present 11/17/15

Gratitudes for Today
1.  My right hand is almost normal.  Constant pain in my wrist. Still can't turn the knob on a door. It's the result of breaking my hand four months ago.
2.  For personal growth.  I don't
let personal history influence my actions or future.  Staying present.  I am in touch with my feelings, stating the wants beneath. I let others know the real me.
3.  For speaking my truth.  Recently, I was with someone lacking integrity.  He did not do what he said he would.  If this happens again, I told him what the consequences will be.
4.  To Sacramento, I went, after seeing clients.  It is a part of my training for 21 more days. I found a short cut that cut off 45 minutes.
5.  For staying focused.  I am spending a lot of time, at the expense of my sleep, filing, adding notes to client files.  It helps the effectiveness of future sessions.

How About You?
What are your three gratitudes for today?

That's it for now. I am exhausted.  I'll rewrite this tomorrow.

Dear Pablo,

I am so glad that you spoke your truth to someone who lacks integrity. It reminds me to do the same and gives me courage.
