A Look At Anger... 7/31/18

Today's gallery is centers on anger.                                                     My mini thoughts on this subject: there is nothing wrong with anger.  It is in how we express it, that is critical.  This vivid emotion is an idiot light on the dash-board of our
relationships with others.
When the anger idiot light flashes, it reveals a need of ours is not being met.  Perhaps someone is not treating us with dignity, or it can be our desire to be heard or understood is overlooked or minimized.  It is absolutely fine to emphatically state our feelings and our needs.
This is better than judging another, at-tacking them with blame, shame, guilt, or fear, which we often do, when we are mad.  The five negative actions listed are known as Life Alien-ating Communication.                                                          It is important know-ing that no one can make us happy, sad, frustra-ted, angry or have any other feelings without us giving them permission to do so.  Our feelings are our property.
