Today's gallery is about acceptance.
My brief thoughts about acceptance. There are three types. We want to use number two and three.
1. Acceptance with resignation. We don't want to do that. This is passivity and the
lack of recovery.
2. Acceptance with recovery. This seeing our circumstances and then seeing what steps we can take to remedy our situation.
3. Acceptance with grace. The hardest type. It is seeing our situation and being gentle towards ourselves when we see areas needing growth.
It is where we say, "That's okay sweetie, you are doing well. Your ability to see the source of your difficulties reveals you are getting healthier. You didn't see these areas before."
